Laura is the Lead Producer at LaunchPad. She ensures that she has an in-depth and philosophical understanding of every project and approaches film-making in a holistic way. She has extensive experience of facilitating projects with a wide range of diverse groups and communities. She is highly skilled at establishing collaborative relationships and enabling participants to feel comfortable and speak openly and honestly on screen. She loves the opportunities that documentary films give; to enable people to have a voice, develop understanding and sometimes inspire positive social change.

Diana is the LaunchPad Educational/Social Consultant and Researcher. She has had a varied career in many fields of education, training and social care and as a practitioner and senior manager. Her work in schools, further education, family learning and Surestart Children’s Centres means that she brings a range of knowledge and insight into how to put across a message on film in an accessible, effective and insightful way. She is able to advise and help produce training materials for different audiences which can link well with LaunchPad films and make really creative and effective learning tools that inspire good practise.
