Every project is different so we offer a free consultation meeting where we can share ideas and help develop a project plan. We will then provide you with a bespoke proposal.

How much does a film cost?

What will the proposal include?

A project specification that outlines the aims and objectives of the film, a project timeline, plan and a detailed budget with no hidden costs.

No. We are used to working with charities and organisations that have tight budgets, so the cost stated in the contract will not change. If you want to expand the project at any point we can alter the proposal and contract together at any stage.

Will there be extra costs added on at the end of the project?

Project timescales vary. We always create and agree a project timeline before filming commences and have an impeccable track record in delivering projects on time and on budget.

How long will it take to make a film?

Do we need to get consent from everyone before filming?

Yes. We will keep you regularly updated about the progress being made. We can also have a face to face draft viewing, or set up a secure on-line site (linked to our website) so that you can view the progress that we are making and be involved throughout post-production.

Consent is required if you are showing a film at a small conference or uploading it online. We can provide consent forms and facilitate this for you.

Will I be able to see the film before it is finished?

Can the film be put online for us?

Yes. We can facilitate this for you, or provide the film in web-friendly formats.

All DVD artwork will be designed in Photoshop CS3 and will meet all necessary requirements for commercial print output. We understand the importance of company branding and are more than happy to work to any given specification, or will work from scratch to create an original design for any project.

How will the film be packaged?

How do I duplicate the film when it is finished?

We offer a comprehensive and competitive duplication service with a wide range of packaging solutions from cardboard sleeves to extensive DVD box-sets and would be happy to facilitate duplication for you. This can be included in the proposal at the start of the project, or organised at the end.

Can you distribute the film for us?

Yes. We can work with you to ensure that your film project reaches a wide audience.

Yes. We are all CRB checked, Child Protection trained, have an Equal Opportunities Policy and Public Liability Insurance. (Available upon request)
